Improving access to data, sharing success stories and case studies, and demonstrating the linkages between circular strategies and economic, social and environmental benefits.

Access to information and knowledge sharing is essential to advancing the circular economy in Canada, and must be based on defensible, accessible data, proof points, and evidence-based research.

CELC is working to develop and aggregate case studies, success stories, and “every day” examples of CE in action across Canada that clearly demonstrate the linkages between circular strategies and broader environmental objectives such as GHG emission reductions and biodiversity loss. CELC is continuing to communicate the benefits of circularity (economic, social, environmental – inline with UN SDGs), working with strategic partners to target key audiences with messaging that resonates.
